Alliance International Education Leasing Holdings Limited  was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on January 19, 2015. Its management and business center is located in Shenzhen, with offices in Hong Kong and Beijing. There are two financial leasing companies in China, Nanshan financial leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and Youlian international financial leasing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. In March 2019, the company was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong stock exchange with stock code 1563, officially entering the international capital market.

Nanshan finance leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was established in December 2013. Its main business is concentrated in aviation, medical and health care, and public infrastructure industries. In 2017, the company ranked tenth among foreign-funded medical device finance leasing companies in China and third among independent non-state-owned aircraft finance leasing companies.

Established in July 2020, Youlian international finance leasing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. focuses on aluminum, petrochemical, shipbuilding, construction machinery and education. The company adheres to the management concept of standardized operation and controllable risk, and provides customers with professional, efficient and customized financial leasing and consulting services

The Group completed the transaction in relation to the acquisition of 70% equity interests in Yantai Nanshan
